Insurance-Backed Guarantee

As long-term-approved contractors of the Guarantee Protection Insurance (GPI), Tapco can offer, for a single premium, insurance backing that gives you, or future owners, piece of mind that our guarantee is secure for its full term.

TrustMark

Tapco HomeDry Services is a registered contractor under the Government endorsed TrustMark scheme and complies fully with its code of practice. This includes offering private home owners the option of purchasing insured protection to cover their deposit, work in progress or guarantee.

What if something goes wrong?

We pride ourselves on a high level of customer satisfaction and if you feel you have cause for complaint, contact us and we will deal with it immediately.

If you believe you have a recurrence of a problem covered by our guarantee, we will send you a claim form and once you have returned this to us, we will make an appointment for our surveyor to inspect the area of concern and report to you on his findings. All defects with our work or materials will be rectified by us, without further charge, under the terms of our guarantee.
